You can apply for the program of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our program advisory team to ensure the best match between applicants and programs. Places in our programs can fill up quickly, so we encourage you to apply early and make sure your application is as complete as possible.
It includes all required study materials, program activities and excursions, as well as refreshments and most meals.

- When can I apply?
We recommend that you apply at least three months before the start of the program to guarantee your place. The form will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.
- When will I hear from you?
We will acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours. We will review your request and respond to you within two business days. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and acceptance is not automatic.
- Can I reserve a seat?
Yes! We can reserve a temporary spot for you for up to two weeks, but please be aware that full applications take precedence and programs often fill up months in advance. Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email.
