The company was founded in 1974 by Irvin "Mac" McWilliams after spending 25 years in the U.S. Navy. “Finally, to be accepted into the Home Service Academy, applicants had to go through an application process and an interview process,” Deeks said. “If they are invited to attend the Home Services Academy, we provide paid training so they can attend the program and begin working in the HVAC and plumbing industry.”
