OSG USA Inc., a supplier of cold forming tools and products and a subsidiary of OSG Corporation. announced that Donna Djalo has been appointed Vice President of Marketing, E-Commerce and Customer Experience.
Former Chief Marketing Officer Djalo will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications, sales assurance, e-commerce and customer engagement strategies for OSG USA Inc.
Giallo began his career with OSG in 1998 and has held various leadership positions in various areas including marketing, finance, human resources and business intelligence. Prior to becoming Vice President, Jallo was Chief Marketing Officer, transforming OSG's marketing operations to expand its social media platforms, integrated digital solutions, and e-commerce business initiatives.
“I am thrilled to have the support of such talented and dedicated people and I am honored to be part of a team that develops new strategies and raises the bar for the success of OSG and our brands,” he said.
Giallo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and an MBA with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Analytical Management.

The company also announced the appointment of Rick Harris as Strategic Director of National Accounts for the OSG Group.
Harris graduated from the University of Minnesota where he began a career in industrial sales, where he drives employers' revenues and reduces end user productivity. Harris began selling cutting tools and abrasives in the early 1990s, and in 2005 became head of sales, where he managed 13 sales representatives in seven states in the Upper Midwest. For the past 12 years, Harris has worked in sales, sales management and product management in the metal fabrication industry for large and very large integrated sourcing solutions.
