Fourth IFPA Produce Safety Immersion Program Gets Underway

In addition to the program's academic programming, Immersion Program members have access to peer networking and mentoring.

"As a first semester graduate of IFPA's Product Safety Immersion Program, I can demonstrate that it has been beneficial to my career by strengthening the hard sciences and soft skills needed to succeed in a product safety role. I will not be a fourth grader. Students will not only gain technical knowledge to enhance their critical thinking and develop their safety skills, but as a fourth grader They participate in professional development and networking opportunities to enhance their confidence in the manufacturing company and as educators.

In the coming weeks, industry will be introduced to IFPA's 2023 Food Safety Program team through IFPA's Friday Food Safety Short Video Series interviews, which will cover a wide range of food safety topics and issues.

The immersion program is one of the many development opportunities offered to IFPA members and food safety professionals.

• Management of listeria for industrial certification program
• Provide standardized training for auditors
• Product inspection training program
