Author Andrew (Billy) Baxter launched a 24-hour marketing plan designed to bridge the gap between business strategy and marketing strategy.

Jharter Taylor will lead the 24HR Marketing Plan (24HRMP), joining marketing leaders David Rebetzke and Bronwyn Powell as senior advisors.

Founder Baxter: “83% of executives say marketing can be a key driver of growth, but about 90% of marketers have never developed an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with their business plan.

"The 24HRMP is a working model that builds on the success of the 24HR business plan and works in partnership with the client to deliver a brand-driven marketing and growth strategy and, most importantly, a clear path to plan execution."

This program is designed for companies that want to improve their marketing skills by gaining access to experts with a high level of marketing accreditation and international and local marketing experience.

Lasting a total of 24 hours, the program includes several collaborative and strategic development workshops that focus on the 4 key Marketing Ps to develop a winning marketing strategy and implementation plan.

Linda Apostolidis, Managing Director of NewyTechPeople, said: "In the last 2 years, we have grown very quickly and our brand has grown organically. Everything is in our mind and we execute fast.

“External advice to help us develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and the roadmap we can implement is well suited to the size of our business. We stopped and thought about where we were going, and refocused some of our previous branding decisions. We have a much clearer path ahead."

Baxter said: “Combined, the team's deep local and global knowledge and direct marketing experience created a dream team to bring this product to market.

"I look forward to seeing how the team puts the marketing plan into motion around the clock and how clients influence how they create marketing plans to drive business growth."
