Although people love their pets, they often end up with pet hair that seems to be everywhere.

Dry it
A great and inexpensive way to get rid of dog hair and keep your couch looking fresh is dry cleaning, which costs as little as 4 cents each.
Ray says: “Placing a dryer sheet on the couch helps trap pet hair due to the sheets' anti-static properties.
"The beauty of this attack is that it not only removes hair and dust, but also leaves a light scent trail to make your sofa feel fresh."
Rub with rubber gloves.
Another trick that most families have is to clean the couch with rubber gloves.
"Put on a rubber glove, moisten it a little with water, and then rub it on the surface of the sofa," says Ray.
“It may not be as thorough as vacuuming, but you'd be surprised how much hair it picks up.
This also works with just a dirty or damp sponge, just make sure to rub in different directions to get all the hair.
"Just be careful not to use too much water because this will make the sofa wet and it will take a while to dry the water spots."
Remove the blank
If your dog has a long, shaggy coat and sheds above average, you may want to consider removing the top.
"If you're cleaning carpets or furniture, use a vacuum specifically designed to pick up pet hair and move it in multiple directions to loosen stubborn hair," suggests Ray.
"Don't forget to remove the bottom cushions, arms and sides to give your sofa a true leather exfoliation clean."
Go with a nail on it
Rollers are great for organizing clothes and cleaning at home.
"Loof rollers are especially useful for removing unwanted pet hair," says Rayo.
Throw it on your sofa and open up the hair-covered areas just like your clothes.
Loof rollers are very effective at removing hair from large surfaces (such as seat cushions and sofa backs) due to the thickness of their design.
If you don't have a hand roller, you can also use masking tape to create the same effect.
"We recommend using sealant or packing tape for maximum effectiveness, but be careful not to be too aggressive and damage the fabric of the sofa."
Put athletic socks on top.
Recycling unwanted clothes for cleaning purposes can do wonders, even old socks.
"If you gently wash an athletic sock, turn it inside out, and put it on your hand, you can remove pet hair from unwanted areas," says Ray.
"Athletic socks work better than regular socks because they're thicker so you can easily take them in the water, you don't want to get a wet couch."
Ray added: “Removing pets from sofas can be a daunting task, but with the right knowledge it's quick and easy.
"If you want to completely prevent spills on your couch, the best way to prevent it is to cover your pet's favorite spot.
"This way, all you have to do is hold the blanket together and wash it to remove unwanted hair."
