With over eight years of experience in strategic and creative marketing innovation and leadership, Cramer will lead the company's marketing strategy and brand communications.

Cramer, from Muhlenberg, previously led the marketing efforts of a full service general contractor for residential and commercial real estate based in Reading.
In addition to providing marketing and development services for large nonprofit organizations such as Opportunity House and Berks Teens, he also serves as communications director for a Berks County based restoration company and works for Boscov's Department Store, LLC in the company's digital division. marketing team. Cramer received a bachelor's degree with honors in communications from Albright College, with a concentration in advertising and public relations.
A Berks County native, Cramer is a graduate of Fleetwood High School. He is passionate about working with companies that want to make a positive impact in his hometown.
